7 Important Personal Habits You Should Do Every Day

In the hustle and bustle of the city, people can get extremely stressed out easily and make your work seems like a chore.

Here are some simple personal habits that you should do to help you get through the day better.

1)    Visualize your future

Not just planning, but visualizing and feeling as though you are living it yourself now.

This is because according to research and of course the Law of Attraction, you will be more in tuned with achieving your dreams when you visualize as you already have a feel of what your life could be.

2)   Facing challenges

The world is full of challenges and one should not always back away from them.

Because if you shy away, you will eventually face that challenge again in another form and usually, it will become harder.

Take work for example. If you do not want to work while you’re studying, later on it will be harder to find work because you don’t have prior experience.

3)   Wake up early!

In France, we have this saying “Le monde appartient à ceux qui lèvent tôt” which literally means the World belongs to those who wakes up early.

This is true because if you wake up early, you will have more time to accomplish lots of things throughout the day which saves you a lot of time.

Did you know that waking up early are traits of successful people?

People like Richard Branson and Oprah Winfrey wake up early to accomplish things as their schedules throughout the day are usually packed.

Medical students also wake up early to reach their quotation of 8 hours’ worth of studying a day because one subject in their class already contains about 500 pages. What more of a whole semester?

4)   Get adequate sleep

Adequate! Not too much sleep, and not too little.

This is because sleeping too much can make you weak as your body will be adjusted to that whereas having not enough sleep will sap you energy throughout the day.

5)   Exercise daily

Exercise daily can not only make you slimmer, but also increase your brain power.

When you work out, your heart beats fast which gives your brain more oxygen and that is always a good thing.

You can accomplish work faster, and plus, you gain more stamina to do other things as well.

6)   Read books

As what Tyrion Lannister (The dwarf) from Game of Thrones would say, “A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge.”

Reading can not only sharpen your mind, it can also broaden your perspective and improve your vocabulary of a language.

7)   Learn martial arts

Every day as you walk out your door, 99% of the people you see are strangers.

As friendly as they seem, not everyone is kind in this world. There is always people who would take you down one day.

What if you get mugged on your way back from work? What if the girl you are about to propose gets mugged? What if strangers come to your house in the middle of the night?

You can’t always rely on the police because if thieves get the chance, they won’t even let you make that call.


There are plenty of things you can do every day and these are only a fraction of it. Start implementing today and your life will surely change for the better.
